B/c when you work with kids you have to be in ratio.
Which a lot of times our directors dont have us in ratio.
But I stepped out of the classroom for less than half a
minute & I come back & the other teacher is changing a kid
and one is standing next to her crying with a huge bruise
over his eye. Stupid girl let him climb on the table &
fall off instead of doing the common sense thing & taking
the kid off the changing table and going to get the kid
who's climbing on the table.
But even though it wasn't my fault i was suspended b/c I
left the room out of ratio. Idk how long it will be so
I dont really know what i should do...
